Send him to Hinckley, he could probably do a job.

Hey man, im sure im not the only City fan who follows Hinckley as their 2nd team too, we dont want the ungrateful fecker :icon_wink

Get him back here and play him in the reserves until his contract runs out.

We gain nothing by doing that

This is a very neat piece of work from Mr Campbell, deliberately making himself persona non grata at LCFC in the hope that we will let him go for next to nothing - he knows full well that Blackpool haven't got a pot to piss in, and he's hoping we'll just be glad to see the back of him and take the financial loss

Methinks MM and NP are much shrewder operators than he gives credit for

I think Milan should take this to Fair Trading, definately not what we paid for!

Perhaps, or by letting him rot for a while he will learn a lesson. I do hope we hold out for a significant sum for the twat. Who the **** does he think he is?

Not allowed to do that - it would give him reason to demand that his contract be paid up. He would be successful in that demand.

What if it's purely down to him being a egotistical twat though Boc, you seem to be ruling that out completely, I don't think he has the belly to fight for his place and he's easily upset, that is his problem not ours.

The only investigating we need to do in the future is to make sure we don't buy such easily upset fightless wage drainers.

On the contrary, it is very much our problem - a problem that is costing us many thousands of pounds each week.

As far as the future goes, I agree with you in your course of action but that isn't enough in its own. You don't really think anybody will believe that DJ is upset about absolutely nothing, do you?

There was a player who took similar abuse but it knuckled down and showed some bottle in swiftly bagging 31 goals in a season with two games to go.

Cya DJ.

Fryatt took abuse - you're right. But in the absence of knowing what Campbell feels he has to complain about, I don't know how you can consider it similar.

Cya DJ is right - but it's not the end of the story.

Of course you can. Its the managers choice who is in the team.

It is the manager's choice who is in the team. That is not the same as saying that you can just force somebody to sit there and see his contract out without playing.

Go on Boc...

There's nothing to go on about. I refer you to the last sentence of post #16 - that is the continuation that I think is necessary.
