I almost banned him on Sunday when he registered. His IP address suggested he was likely to be a spammer due to his country, but there were none of the other signs that go with it, so I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.
But then when he posted in this thread it was clear he was gearing up to post some spam, so I rechecked the spammer database and he's been added since he registered.
