I'd imagine so. Would have thought we'll also be suing Forest as well.

Was 100% always going to happen.Reduced to 6 points
Everton points deduction: Punishment reduced from 10 points to six after appeal
Everton's 10-point deduction for breaching Premier League financial rules is reduced to six points on appeal.www.bbc.co.uk
Aren’t Everton facing extra charges similar to Forest and the results of the investigation are to be published at the same time?
Conveniently, when they appeal the decision, the hearing will be one week after the end of the season, so again, **** all will happen. Tiddlywinks anyone?Yep. But they've got to wait until they know exactly how many points wouldn't make a difference to survival. Gonna look ****ing stupid if they're 1 point ahead but with a worse goal difference. Could see something like a 0.5 point deduction.
6 points is **** all for breaking the rules really isn't it?
Let's go sign Messi and Ronaldo when we go up. They'll make up those points easily.
Surely, the magnitude of the crime determines the punishment? So, sure, six points for Everton, 60 points did Man City? I think I'd just about be OK with that.6 points is **** all for breaking the rules really isn't it?

Can’t ever see it happening.Surely, the magnitude of the crime determines the punishment? So, sure, six points for Everton, 60 points did Man City? I think I'd just about be OK with that.
a lot on Talk sport about this catch up is on youtube covering this, rumour is Everton will more than likely receive another 3 points or less for another offence.
Forest have potentially committed a bigger crime than Everton and the result may not be out until halfway through the EUROS.
Has he got dementia?I can imagine Alan Brazil saying those words.

Has he got dementia?
Probably, but that’s the very least of his issues
Almost certainly both. Are you talking about me or Alan Brazil?
The problem with that is the fact if a points deduction results in relegation it's all got to be sorted by some time in June. Something to do with turning in the PL Certificate. There'll obviously be an appeal so it could be a real mess.a lot on Talk sport about this catch up is on youtube covering this, rumour is Everton will more than likely receive another 3 points or less for another offence.
