he worked for Man City and was defending them as best he could (he was on months ago discussing Man City), he stated that legally the Premiere League did this by the book. Most people thought the fine was too harsh and that a middle ground would be achieved if Everton were to appeal.

The issue is the media have spun things up yet again rather than reporting the facts. Everton have been found guilty and are facing a further sanction for another 12 month period, Nottingham Forest are next and it would appear they have no defence either.

As for Man City and Chelsea we will have to wait and see however, the precedent has been set, if both these clubs are found guilty and the punishment is lenient then yes it will be a bottle job. As for us and Everton we were relegated because we were poor and failed to control our own destiny.
