Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Matt Heath scores for Colchester. :)

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

It said in the programme that Jorrin John is playing for a Thai team.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Watched Lee Morris turn out for Eastwood Town at Corby Town. God they were shit, 5-0 to Scotland.

I know you're a fan of lower league football Hazz. As you've been to a BSN match today you might be interested to know that Hyde, who are top of the league and have won all 6 of their matches so far, are owned by a bloke from Leicestershire. He used to be my manager at Holwell for a while a few years ago.

Interesting that because haven't Hyde been heavily helped out by Manchester City and Glenn Hoddle Academy in the past year?

Even dropped the United off their name and went from Red shirts to Sky Blue.

They actually still wear red and the Hoddle thing hasn't been as big as it could have been. They have actually cut their spending this year to try to run the club on a sustainable level, unlike most of the teams in the league.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Oops forgot to answer your other point. Yes they did drop the 'United', although they did used to be called just Hyde FC many moons ago. The Man City thing and name change came about before the guy I know took over though.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Ryan McGivern signs a contract extension at Man City

I don't see it on there?
