There's nothing in the article that says he is going to be sold for £10 million.
He obviously isn't going to be sold for £10 million. Not this year anyway.

I'm glad to see he's had a good start to the season. Chris Powell comes across as a great guy, and I doubt there is anyone in the game with a bad thing to say about him.

Had a poor start to his managerial career there last season really, but it's nice to see him given some time.
