He never mentioned us directly but did say you need everyone at a club to buy into what the manager is doing and that has not always happened for him. Also said he was a better coach than manager but still thinks he can do both

Hardly did anything noteworthy at Oldham, very lucky to get a second appointment - let alone one this good. Am somewhat surprised that Gould has been moved upstairs.
