Wait, what? Why are you listing these? We're not trying to find out who's lost most finals.

You get a medal for losing a final.

You get a medal for being stupid enough to get injured in the American forces but I suppose any medal is better than none.

You get medals just for joining and going somewhere in most country's armed forces. They're about as meaningful as getting a badge for being the milk monitor at school.

My wife has been chatting to Trevor Benjamin in Kettering today, apparently he needs a knee replacement but is keeping positive.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

141 out of 176

It's easy to see what the fun years (in my lifetime) have been supporting City. I completed the 11 for 96, 97, 98, and 99. Only got 4 out the 2010 side.

2004 to 2008 was an absolute waste ground for me.

0 out of 176.

To be fair, I hadn't revised and wasn't taking it seriously.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Vaughan scores at Bristle for Hudders.

Neither Danns or Beckford in the squad. Has Nigel recalled them for the Forest match?

EDIT Vaughan scores again. 2-0 up in 13 minutes.

Watching the FLS last night. A young Sam Muggleton takes a long throw-in.
Anyone know if that is Carl Muggleton's son, Sam, that played for Birstall juniors?

He plays for Gillingham now so probably it was

I don't know, but a quick google suggests he has a Leicestershire background.

Edit: Blaarev's answer is better.

If only there was some way of searching the interwebs for that sort of thing

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Feck me, 98 scored. Missed some sitters too. Was I really there?

152/187

Forgot Paddy McCarthy, Jordan Stewart, Lillian Nailis, and Richard Stearman. I also forgot all about Yuki Abe. Pretty disgusted with myself!
