Fa Cup Winners, Or Promotion?

Just a question i was asked today, what would everyone prefer givent the choice, Promotion would mean premiership with a healthy sum of money, fa cup winners, europa league possibilities.

Promotion. I really don't think that we'd be ready for a European competition unless we were able to spend money on a few players.

So I'm guessing the question was, what would be preferable out of playing in the Premiership, winning the FA Cup or possibly playing in the UEFA Cup?
