If you feel you can sit and sing then go ahead. Some don't and want to stand. Might be against the rules, but I assure you there are many, many clubs who break these rules in far greater numbers than at Leicester.

If the 'ban' was purely on health and safety grounds then I would support you as H&S is used as an excuse for lots of things these days.

But my 'beef' is the fact that you are inconveniencing some of your fellow supporters who have paid as much as you have and have a right to an uninterrupted view of the game from the relative comfort of their allocated plastic seat.

It's quite a selfish attitude to disregard these people.

Could be going out on a limb here, but maybe the club thought it had agreed to a singing section and not a standing section... Perhaps that nice NBlock will be along to explain.

Look if you guys want to sing and clap all throught the game then fair play to you. I sit fairly near to your singing section and i have to say i admire your effort. I hope your numbers grow soon and quick as i have to say the sight of 18 people gathered at the back of a stand with a their banner hand looks a bit embarrassing to be fair. But if you dont mind then it certainly doesnt bother me.

Doesn't make a jot of difference anyhoo.........cos we can't hear the Kop up our end just like you can't hear L1 or the awayers clearly most games.

But carry on if you are up at the back of the stand if you want to.
Obviously if you are halfway down the stand you might face a few narked fans who can't see though!

This annoying little gobshite used to stand up in front of me all the time in sk2 a few years back - I got so fed up of tapping him and saying "would you please sit down" that I ended up just grabbing the back of his jeans and dragging him down to his chair... he got the hang of it in the end. :icon_lol:

There is no place for this kind of thing in the Kop; it is full of families and children and families with children for goodness sake.

Now if it were in the Family End which now only has three children (one of whom has a DS and one has already hit puberty judging by his manly fluffy moustache) then no one could gripe.

Just wondered how the group will grow in significant numbers when probably most of the season ticket holders around that area are already there. Yes any free tickets not held by season ticket holders can be bought by anyone who wants to join the group but it's not like the old days in Pen 3 or Pen2 of the old Filbert Street kop when it was standing room and first ones there got the preferred location.

All got behind them. They then tapped them on the shoulder and they looked around the kop had all ducked down so it looked like nobody was there. Needless to say i thought it was comedy gold.
