Favourite cheese

Someone brought a load of cheese into work today and I've basically ate it all (I was definitely a mouse in a previous life).

One of the cheeses was a Shropshire Blue and it was delicious - quite creamy with a strong flavour but not over powering.

Personally, my favourite cheese is Stilton, closely followed by Camerbert but I want to know what your favourite cheese is.

Reason? Who needs reasons when you've got cheese.

I like strong cheese, I normally plump for Tesco's extra mature canadian, or Tesco's extra mature westcountry farmhouse. Lovely stuff.

However, when topping a shepherds pie, Red Leicester is the way forward.

Hmm try not to eat too much cheese, but I do like brie on crusty bread, but soemtime the best cheese is cheap supermarket homebarnd cheeder on crusty cobs with brown sauce.
