For the camera shot to be as close to 100% accurate (and in this case we are talking about millimetres) the 'shot' of the ball and the line needs to be in the centre of the frame and not to either side.

If the camera was directly in line with the line, the ball would look more in than it did in that photo.

In my opinion VAR should be used to ensure we get the best decisions, not to overturn shocking referee decisions.

In this context the decision last night is a good one, even if it does give the benefit of the doubt to the attacking team, which I think should be the deciding feature on decisions which are too close to call.
