I struggled to read the post, could you knock up a spreadsheet for us?

Sold out the initial ticket allocation the next batch has been delivered.

Hope you don't mind a Bristol City fan coming on your board with some local info for next tuesdays visit to Bristol
I know a mid week game is always a problem for a lot of football fans
and what won't help is the Sky televised game of
AC Milan(David Beckham) and Manchester united on the same night.

So I hope as many of as possible can make the trip to Bristol on tuesday night
If you can buy yer tickets in advance to get any discounts from your own ticket office when you are at home to Scunthorpe on saturday
If you want to buy your tickets in advance please don't ring the Bristol City premium rate phone number.
The club charges for credit card bookings and also charges a pound if you want the tickets sent to your home
best advice is send a cheque for the amount and pick up tickets on the day
If you are one of those fans who like to keep ticket stubs of your away trips no ticket stubs are issued at the turnstiles
either book the tickets in advance as stated or purchase from the Bristol city ticket office on the day
We have a new ticket system at Ashton just put your purchased in advance ticket with the bar code
into said ticket machine with red colour facing upwards
If you are coming by road use M5 southbound to junction 18(avonmouth) then follow signs A4 bristol airport
It looks the long way round but traffic in central Bristol is awfull
especially during the afternoon/evening rush hour
If you are coming by train to Bristol temple meads
Try to use the the local railway station to parson street it takes you two thirds of the way to the ground departs bristol temple meads at 18:55pm and walk the rest of the way
as public transport to Ashton gate is very poor, but thier is no return train service
The ground is designated not smoking but there always seem to be load of fag ends by the toilet block
Casualty and Hobly City are filmed in the City don't ask me about either of the programmes cos I think thier both crap the young ones, skins, and teachers were filmed in the City.
If you are bringing young children with you that still "look young" don't buy your tickets in advance but have a words with the cheif steward
Finally the block of flats on the right hand side as you are in the away end is "the" block of flats in "fools and horses"
The market scene where the footballers manaquins are cut into the wall are at the away end of the ground in the club car park where you will enter from
Bring yer camera and turn up early if you wanna take any photo's
Be prepared to be searched by the stewards.
regarding the food outlet in the ground its crap, staffed by agency staff whose purpose is to do as little as possible
KFC can be seen from the away end(two minutes walk, honest) and sainsburys store is five minutes
with restaurant
pubs possibly best one are in the cumberland road basin area novia scotia pump house the cottage
NO BOOZE IS SOLD INSIDE THE GROUND
buy your match day programme before you enter the away end
recently they have been including a free copy of our local paper
or you can buy a "goody bag" which includes the local paper bottle of water packet of crisps and a chocolate bar for a quid
BBC Radio station is radio bristol which has frequenceys of 95:5 and 94:9 1548

Set out early every one(if you can)and see you on tuesday night

If you want or need any further local info please don't be afraid to ask.

Does anyone really give two shits about that?

To be honest, at the moment, I'd rather see David Beckham's return to Old Trafford than watch Leicester probably draw/maybe win/maybe lose at Bristol.

I couldn't give a bollocks about anything that happens in the "Champions" League. I'll be at Ashton Gate freezing my testes off and with Clee Jr's eyes burning into the side of my head just because I led her to the wrong stadium.

See you there, anything to avoid the Goldenballs media circus.

The game is in Italy. Beckham returns to Old Trafford on the 10th March and i will be there :icon_wink

Have fallen on my feet for this one, I need to be in Bristol for a meeting on the Wednesday so am able to go down for the night and get a hotel on the company.

On top of that the project PM is a blue as well and so I am taking him and can put tickets, all food, and drink on the company bill!!!!!!

Reeeesullltttttt (for once with my sh1tty job!!!!).

And to top it off Mrs Tigger cant complain because I have to go for business.

TBH have been going to Bristol for a few years for business and its one of the better cities I have to visit (well Leeds is another i am in often so its not got much competition). the marina area is reasonable as is Avonmouth.

see you all there!!!!!!!

Here's some facts for you, Bristol is made purely out of concrete. Everything from their parks to out dated buildings and even swimming pools. Their over expensive indian restaurants are ****ing shite, and to make things worse there is a reasonable chance there will be some kid there who looks like Screech off Saved by the bell who you can't stop laughing at. Taxis to and from the airport cost more than a house in Middlesbrough........I'll not go much further, shittest away trip I have ever done (bar the fact we won of course)

On a more positive note, it was the birthplace of trip-hop in the mid 90s. Not saying that balances up the whole slave thing, but when you add the fact it's called Bristol... Bristols! Wahey! Maybe it's not such a bad place after all.
