I interpret that as meaning that they will be putting their logos on hoardings and banners etc. They will also be looking at selling their beer in the club bars and displaying associated advertising and branding.

Always seems to be pronounced SingER in Britain. Down at my local Tucson Thai restaurant last night, which is entirely staffed by Bangkok natives, I had a couple of Sing HAR beers. Can't really remember how it was pronounced when I was in Thailand.
