there's a perfectly good BP garage nearby for flowers.

Its really cheesey but if you get a really good bunch of flowers (spend about thirty quid) and some nice choco then you can't in too far wrong for supporting pressies. Especaly if you send the flowers to your/her house
Ps i know this isn't a funny idea but my mrs likes it so wanted to help a brother out

If I got flowers and chocs for my birthday, I would be very pissed off. Not a big fan of either.
