Sylla, without a douubt. Don't even think he could be bothered to be a shirtlifter it's to much trouble, probably needs someone to do for him.

sylla as he is a lazy feck the other two are just shite which is really not their fault

Sylla is a complete waste, 1 decent cross per 90mins if your lucky.
MDV and Elvis as back up strikers: nowhere near close to pushing for a first tem place, we need competition up front another decent forward is needed to push towards promotion.

A very difficult choice between Sylla and Hammond . MDV has proven that he can score goals and is still a potential top scorer (in a bad year) and whilst he may not be much of a player he at least provides cover.

Sylla and Hammond are both equally useless - but on the basis that Hammond gets into goal scoring positions and then misses 99% of chances, proving that pace by itself is not a recipe for being a footballer, I would choose him because his hopelessness at finishing is so soul destroying.

That said, Sylla is lazy and disinterested and is just playing out his contract.

One thing is for sure, all three are with us, only because they have no where else to go.

For a long time last season MDV was our top goal scorer. That at least shows he can score. (even if it is off his arse and in.)

Hammond couldn't score if his life depended on it and i don't think will ever make the grade as a striker at this level. I wuold like to see him play on the wing though, because if nothing else he's as quick as they come.

Its Syllas attitrude that gets me. Unlike MDV, he really doesn't look bothered most the time and is quiet happy for the game to pass him by.

Hammond and Sylla are both more adaptable IMO.

Yes Alex, by definition both are more adaptable than MDV - simply because the latter is a trundling striker and nothing else.

However, if tested on the market, MDV would be worth a few shillings because he will score a few goals and could be moved on if he was prepared to take low wages - whereas, Hammond and Sylla are no use to anyone.

I'm sure Hammond would wish to play well - but he can't; whilst Sylla has some natural ability but is bone idle.

I agree about Hammond and Sylla but although I understand what you're saying about MDV, I can't see anyone coming in for him - even for free. The problem is his contract and sort of clubs that might fancy him couldn't afford his wages. He'll sit on the bench here till his contract expires. I wish it were otherwise.

I'd like Hammond and Sylla to go. But Sylla more so. Because Hammond has, on a few occasions, shown he can be a half-decent player. Sylla has never shown any quality.

What about the 4-2 win over Sheffield Utd?

That's right - I did mention that he would only be moveable if he would accept low wages - and that's highly unlikely....so I think your scenario is spot on. But he does generally put in some effort.

We've had too many players here in recent years that have shown lack of motivation....and by co-incidence two playing down the right. Gillespie gave no sign of application...until his contract was running down. and now we have Sylla.

Sylla - only just ahead of Elvis because we haven't signed any other strikers. At least Elvis can score goals in the reserves to propel them up the league :icon_roll

He finished the season as joint top scorer, so will be in the history books for ever :icon_lol:

I would like to see all 3 leave. However, we have seen that CL was very good at bringing in good players and failing to get them to play. Maybe that happened with these 3

Lets see if RK can get these to play and then make a judgement
