Absolutely, I would have thought that for once the position is crystal clear:
1. The current board is now finito in terms of decision making - it wasn't any use to us before and now its hand is thrown in.
2. No significant decisions can be made until it is (hopefully) confirmed that MM is taking over .....should that fall throught then I think catastrophe and the hopelessly misguided like the FT will soon understand the errors of their ways.
3. RK was never right for the job; isn't right for the job and needs to move on to a less challenging role.....elsewhere.
4. The squad is dreadful....and it's going to take a long time (given that we can't expect massive funding) to turn things round.
As I said a few weeks ago, we are now in limbo...and we just have to hope that we don't get too deeply into the relegation situation before help arrives.
