Re: Paul Ince

Only half? As usual your statistics only tell part of the story. Not only am i a wanker but i haven't got a clue. I bet you feel stupid now, perhaps you should check your facts first before posting such nonsense.

I overlook you FF as you are just plain weird

Re: Paul Ince

If half of you were as wise to business as you make out, you would be living the life of luxury, rolling in cash. So why the fcuk don't you buy a football club if its as easy as you make out and clean up. Maybe you could show MM a thing or two.

I do live the life of luxury, rolling in cash. I just choose to intersperse that with a bit of posting bollocks on internet Leicester football forums. And going to watch the ****ing football.

Re: Paul Ince

There is a book open on the next City manager. :icon_wink

That book has been closed since the odds disappeared off the bookies sites at the end of last week.

Re: Paul Ince

Rampant imagination, particularly when MM and PA have repeatedly stated that appointment will be by application, short-list and interview.

It would also be against FA regulations for Ince and MM to have made any kind of agreement like this. Surely you, of all people, are not suggesting that you old uncle Milan would act in this way.

To go so public about it would be very stupid without ince having made indications already in private he wants the job, I would be very naive to think when people move between jobs in football it is all above board and legal. If there was no indication from ince to MM that he wanted the job then MM was very stupid the way he went public. But I think there was an indication.

Re: Paul Ince

The OS announced the 10,000 season ticket sale on or about 13th June last year - a couple of days before the 'classic price' deadline. This means that that figure was actually reached earlier in the year, most probably on account of the earlier deadline for the cheaper price.

Ticket sales by deadline day were somewhat less than a thousand down. I think this is remarkable for a team that has been relegated. The club and MM must now justify the faith that has been shown in them.

That is impressive indeed I never expected a sales boost.

What is very certain and very public is that Ince has said that he does not want the job.

As you say - very stupid to have gone so public. And as if we didn't look stupid enough already - your Uncle Milan is doing really well.

Re: Paul Ince

My take on the situation
1. MM wanted Ince not going to happen
2.Davies on SSN last night says "im ready to return" then states hes not spoken to us or Hearts.fibbing?
3. Grayson wants it, Reports say MM has not made contact..fibbing?
4.Gregory a smokescreen MM knows it would be unpopular (20% win rate v Davies 44%!) but will make the eventual manager more acceptable to the fans (who like me are scared it could be Gregory)
Im still hoping Davies or Grayson
Surely MM wont make an unpopular choice after last seasons disaster

It's impossible for MM to make a choice which will be approved by everybody, therefore for at least some he will make an unpopular choice. It's really about time that he just told us who it is going to be so we can all get used to the idea.

I agree he should appoint who he thinks is the best man for the job and shouldn't take a blind bit of notice of what we or any other fans say

Re: Paul Ince

MMsays in the Merc he may have one more interview to conduct:
Davies says he has yet to talk to MM
Grayson has been on holiday but is now back
Ince doesnt get the Blackburn job and has a change of heart about us
Logical or clutching at straws?

No, just random guesswork without any prior knowledge I think.

Jeff I had read right up to post 116 (inclusive) earlier today, but when I just came back I it said I hadn't read any, and took me to post 1. Any ideas?
