This result really means that draws away from home aren't enough now. No point scrapping for points. Must go for wins.

You lose this but win the next away game and it's better than drawing them both. Still, we are so ****ing shit away from home.

Disappointing but by no means season over.

Can't really afford any more like this though.

Stringer talking shit at full time to stir up the callers in...

Says the rest of the promotion chasers and turning on the gas at the right time as Leicester lose to struggling Ipswich... Only 1 of the teams above us won!

Frustrating as it was a good chance to get closer to 2nd, but hardly fatal.

More importantly the 4 teams below us all won.

Two above us won if you include Palace yesterday.

Only one above us lost, and they are a massive 13 points ahead of us.

Middlesborough and Brighton both won. We could be 7th come 9.45pm on Tuesday!

That's automatic gone surely

You'd have thought so on paper.

I'm trying to be philosophical about it. Never fancied us for the win (never do away), so for me it is 1 point dropped. Now we really have to go for it away from home. Big test for Pearson now, he will have to change his tactics and go for broke, I reckon.

We were much further behind in December, 4 or 5 games later we were 2nd. It's by no means over, especially when we have Watford and Palace to play and Hull have to play Palace and Watford too.

We need to start performing better away though. Away form has been iffy all season.

If we lose and Boro win by about 25 goals.

Should've checked that before I posted... Was thinking they drew.

Still, it's 7 points from automatic, with 2 games in hand. Still 4 points ahead of 7th with a game in hand. 36 points to play for.

It's not exactly a bad position to be in. Far from over.

Yep. We need to get better at these types of games.
Sounded like King did well today, but felt like it's the kind of game we need James in.

ONE game in hand.

Try 8 points behind second with one game in hand and 3 points from seventh.

It's still far from over, 2 home games coming up so good chance for back to back wins and to then put is in a good position to inflict Cardiff's 4th defeat in a row.

Well.... I'm just going to give up.
Was looking at the table on BBC, which hadn't updated.

I take it all back. We're dooooomed.
