It just takes one or two promising signings and then others will follow. At the minute if I was a player who was sought after by Leicester i'd be concerned about the current state of the team. The good thing we have is that Bassett and Adams both are very persuasive, we just hope they have got as good a game plan as we are hoping. We have got to sign some promising players with a few experienced chaps. I would sign Dublin personally, I think he bodes well for attracting other young players, they would see we have players like Dublin, Walker, Elliott and possibly be impressed that we have some old heads to steady the ship. It's getting the ball rolling in the right direction though, we need to pull off a cracking signing first.

We are going to be signing in the region of 10 players this summer. Did you seriously expect them all to be young? We simply cant afford that, few clubs in the country could afford that let alone a club that was in administration not so long ago.
Micky Adams is not stupid. He would love to spend huge money on good quality young players, but can not afford to do so. He has to make a compromise. He either signs young players with limited ability, or old players with high ability. To his credit, he is attempting to do both.
