There are many reasons why MJ may have decided to settle that case out of court, he didn't necessarily do it because he was guilty.

True, but it didn't smell too good did it? Maybe he was innocent, maybe the boy's family (more specifically his dad) were just in the hunt for money. But if you're an entirely innocent man, do you just stump up such a large amount of cash?

And when the more recent case went to court he was found not guilty.

That he was. But that doesn't change the fact that a man in his 40s had a very young teenage boy staying over at his house, and it's well established that at the time this was normal practice for him. Are we to believe they were playing PlayStation and drinking Dr Pepper?

One other fact remains: the man owned a ****ing fairground! In his back garden! A fairground!

Maybe he didn't want his private life to become public.
Maybe he thought it would be cheaper than paying expensive lawyers for a long trial.
Maybe he thought the whole trial process would be too stressful and he just wanted to do what was easiest.
Maybe he was advised to do it by someone who was taking a cut of the money.

He may have been 40 physically, but it seems he had the mind of a child. If that's the case it would explain why he preferred the company of kids, and why he had a fairground in the garden.

Never in HIStory have so many jokes been made about one man's death. Some of the jokes are so Bad you just want to Cry. Every text I get is a gag, I just feel like saying Leave Me Alone. Some of them are completely Off The Wall. I'm not Happy about it.

Remember The Time when people used to be mourned? Will You Be There making crap jokes when I die too? And don't forget he was only 50, so his fans will say he's Gone Too Soon, that he was Too Young. Ok, so it was hard to tell if he was Black Or White, but if people don't stop making these shit jokes I think I'm going to Scream.

Jackson was a person who has changed millions of lifes in a good way and is a legend, where as glitter has ruined peoples lifes and deserves to die. When glitter dies I won't be happy but I won't care. I think it is pretty obvious that Jacksons life is worth more than a proven guilty perverted tosser.

He is higher in my estimation than Glitter as he was an amazing singer and dancer and one of the best that has ever lived, Glitter... well I don't even know what Glitter did other than being a sick pervert. Was he a singer, I don't know and don't care. Yes, he shared beds with young boys but that was just the way he was, he was too kind and didn't understand that, doing that would be seen in the wrong way. Of course it doesen't sound good saying you slept with younger kids, however I believe he was innocent and not a pervert, he was just a overly nice person and in the end it made him look a bad person.
