I don't think there is any uncertainty any more - apart from the timetable involved
If Milan does buy the club, then Kelly's days as a manager are over. The only question is whether or not he is retained as a coach (assuming he has the humility to accept a coaching job if it is offered)

I don't want Iain Dowie, simply because I don't rate him as a manager. Correct me if I'm wrong (which I probably am), but I think this is only Dowie's third season in management?
He got Palace promoted in his first 6 months very impressively, but then they got relegated the next season, he took over Charlton and now has/had them rooted to the bottom of the table with most people having written them off already as relegated.
So other than that first 6 months when he was at Palace, he's done badly. RK did well in his first 6 months here and now people want him out. I don't see Dowie as a proven manager and don't see any reason why he would necessarily be better than what we've got.
