Is he just a kicker or does he have any quality to his game - don't get me wrong kickers are important, i'm just interested as i haven't seen him.

From what i saw of him today he is better than Hughes and his performance was alot better than Williams put in.

Him and Yeates worked well.

Exactly what i thought. Infact i thought he was our worst player, people sitting near me said how good he was i thought he was average offered nothing, but average is better then Hughes. Talking about Hughes, he was sitting in the West stand with the youth players he was there with McCarthy who got a bit of stick of a couple of fans through out the match!

Melts and I discussed him at length his touch was shocking today but he ran and ran and ran. I thought he got into the right positions for a midfielder and was impressed with that, I think he would get better the more games he plays.

I was impressed with Yeates though would not mind signing him permantley.

OMFG!!!! How the hell people can say Yeates was good and Jarret was rubbish I do not know.

Yeates was slow, weak, poor control and poor passing (except for two balls played in the box). Altough Jarret was not great he showed the energy we had been lacking BIG TIME!!! He put tackles in and tried to get forward when he could (his shooting was shocking though).
