Sounds like truly excellent man-management and motivational skills on Pearson's part.

I, along with Nige of course, see Beckford as absolutely key to our promotion push this season and hopefully he can rise above some of our fans who seemingly want the guy to fail.

Beckford, in my opinion, is a quality player at this level.
I think with Pearson's motivation and man-management, he's just going to get better and better.
Once his confidence is up a bit more and he ignores some of fans booing and whatever else, he'll start banging in the goals for fun.

I, for one, am delighted he's in our squad.
