JPT next round..

I'm fed up with hearing and posting about such trivia as the JPT now.

I'm not sure whether you're living in the past or with your head in the sand. The JPT might have been trivial to us once, but to the LCFC of 2008 it is very much a part of reality - and it should be to its fans.

There is no escaping it.

But if the make a come back to the first team and play every week till the final they would have to be added to Boc list i would have thought.

They will be back in the list when they have made sufficient appearances.

The JPT is part of your reality - not mine! As Huck Finn said "I went to Civilisation once and I never want to go there again".

I prefer to bury my head in the sand rather than see the JTP as anything else but a distraction from the real business of gaining automatic promotion.

I think due to geographical differences it wouldnt make financial sense .Which is why it got scrapped the first time around.

RE the next round against Rotherham
The club have just phoned me back, as not get through to the ticket office and the word from the ticket office is that 1000 tickets of original allocation have gone and they have ordered another 700 today
So it looks like its more popular this JPT than some people think

That is very worrying indeed.

Of course, in the big crash of the 20's people did all sorts of strange things too....jumped off sky scrapers etc etc. I dare say when historians come to chronicle this recession that the high numbers driven mad to the point of buying tickets for a mid week JPT trip to Rotherham will be worth at least a footnote.
