It is a rolling contract - so every day it still has 12 months to run, therefore if RK was removed he would be due 12 months pay.

Theory of this type of contract is that a removal of the manager at any point in time is a known cost & can be budgeted for, where as longer fixed period contract may cost far more if things aren't working out.

For the manager, they know they have a year to find another job.

Does this mean that the board have possibly included this cost in this season's budget ????
