Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had a reply from them, but being idiots they misunderstood and they thought I was complaining about my 'new' team not getting points for the weekend's matches.


But I think I may know what happened, so this is a warning to anyone who might do this...

When I went to their site and noticed the problem, instead of using my bookmark I started typing it into Firefox's address bar, and it gave me a choice of urls to use, and I picked one at random. It looks like the one I picked my have been a transfer transaction url from a few months ago, and it carried out those transfers again, even though I wasn't logged in. So unless The Telegraph people acknowledge there's a problem and put it right I now have a crap team and only three transfers left to put it right.

I have undone these rogue transfers. Please delete any links in your favourites that you have been using to access the site and replace with www.telegraph.co.uk/fantasyfootball. This should prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. The following instructions may also help: 1.Only have Telegraph Fantasy Football open in one window, or in one tab, at a time. 2.Clear the cache regularly. 3. Always access you team by going to www.telegraph.co.uk/fantasyfootball- do not access via any old links that may be in your browsing history or saved in your favourites. 4. Do not click back or refresh at any time whilst making transfers

No they didn't.

They said don't click back or refresh while making transfers, I wasn't making a transfer.

It's such a basic flaw in their system and it's dead easy to fix I'm amazed they still allow it to happen.
