Along with a duffer of a manager. So mostly duffers then yeah?
Yep. Agree entirely.Whether he’s been a flop or not there’s nowt wrong with having fresh ideas coming in.
He’s busy.Bring back Steve Walsh as head of recruitment.

Whilst at Everton, he recommended they buy Robertson and Maguire for a combined 20m as well as Erling Haland for 4m….Bring back Steve Walsh as head of recruitment.
There are more examples of this if i remember correctly. He was dealing with a bonkers board and owner at Everton.Whilst at Everton, he recommended they buy Robertson and Maguire for a combined 20m as well as Erling Haland for 4m….
They rejected both deals….
I'm sure he'd return for the top job here. More money, best league in the world, club relationship, plus we've got Jollibee in town now. He’s busy.
I was thinking about our transfers since BR came in. For his first match at Watford almost three years ago, this was our side:
Schmeichel, Evans, Morgan, Maguire, Ricardo, Ndidi, TIelemans, Chilwell, Maddison, Barnes, Vardy. The likes of Soyuncu and Iheanacho were on the bench too.
Our first team hasn't really improved at all in those three years has it? We've got a bit more depth in our squad and that's about it. Feels like three largely wasted years of transfer business.
Just consider our opponents the final day of that season - Chelsea - and how their side has evolved from the one we faced then: Cabellero, Zappacosta. Azpilicueta, Luiz, Alonso, Barkley, Jorginho, Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, Willian. Higuain
Hardly a fair comparison, how much money have they been able to spend?...Just consider our opponents the final day of that season - Chelsea - and how their side has evolved from the one we faced then: Cabellero, Zappacosta. Azpilicueta, Luiz, Alonso, Barkley, Jorginho, Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, Willian. Higuain
Yes, he has not gone yetHas he not gone yet?
Justin, Tielemans, Castagne (although not the position we needed), Fofana, Daka are presumably 5 of them. Who is the 6th?Signings under Congerton include:
Justin, Perez, Tielemans (only the permanent deal), Praet, Bennett, Castagne, Fofana, Under, Daka, Soumare, Bertrand, Vestergaard, Lookman
I think we can say 6 of those have been good deals with the jury still out on a young Soumare.
Also, thankfully Bennett, Under and Lookman were only loan deals.
Waiting for a work visa.
