Crewe keeper Stuart Tomlinson kept his side in the game with a series of fine saves before they equalised in the 30th minute through a Calvin Davies strike.

Crewe: Tomlinson, Brayford, O'Donnell, Baudet, Jones, Woodards (Miller 81), Lunt, O'Connor, Bailey, Daniel, Zola (Donaldson 69). Subs Not Used: Rix, Lawrence, Grant.

Calvin Davies apparently managed to score while not even being in the Crewe squad. Very impressive if true.

Was actually quite impressed with Zola/Davies. Had no support all night but held the ball up really well.

Did'nt sit in my usual seat L1 rather than SK4, different views and angles, Tunchev must be the buy of the season, although the pull back on Zola must have been totally different from the refs position, overall we seemed to lack pace in the passing not crisp enough it allowed Crewe to close us down and they pressured us well. Berner looks positive in midfield but we should have scored more from the chances created, but it is a win. Well done to Fryatt took his goal superbly and a tremendous header from King, come on you Foxes

that happened right in front of us and everyone around us agreed it looked like it was a penalty, but as you say the ref had a different angle, we were a bit fortunate imo
