Leeds away last season was the last time I saw Mendy play that well.

He’s a very likeable player, I hope he can find a club where he is a key player and have some success for the next few years. At 29 he’s got to be thinking of that, as much as I like him as a squad player for us.

Mendy was absolutely great in the first, not so much in the second. Nacho was good but his job as a forward is to take his chances. He had an easy one and fluffed his lines. Castagne and Maddison scored two crackers. It was most certainly a free kick despite the usual suspect suggesting that we are a bunch of cheats and lucky ****ers. I've said it before and I'll continue saying it: Amartey has been our best defender this season. Soumarè seemed to enjoy his nice little stroll in the sun. ****ing hell, he's a lazy ****buzzard.

Brentford were okay but any talk of them deserving a draw is horseshit. We were much better than them for the majority of the game.

I was so cold I could have sliced glass with my nipples.
