Thought it was a really good game today, Swansea were very boring and played on the counter which I thought was a bit shit. We definetly deserved the win though and could have won by more.

Not the best game in the world, but a simply lovely way to win it. You just gotta love a last minute win in a cup game

Wellens and Oakley pick of the bunch in the first half - the three subs pick of the bunch in the second. Thought they were all outstanding

Shocking inability to close the player down for the goal, yet again - but after that I thought we did OK

Long live the FA Cup :038:

Who played badly/well anyone who went please?

Weale - saw Cotterill's shot far too late, but otherw*s* safe.
Neilson - better than usual.
Morrison - another solid display.
Hobbs - nightmare in the first half, more composed in the second.
McGivern - kept drifting away from his position. On the plus side, won every aerial ball that was anywhere near him.
Oakley - better than he has been. Deserved his booking.
Wellens - looked good, occasionally caught in possession but always made up for it.
King - silent for long periods but took his goal well.
Dyer - not as effective as against Sheffield United, but in general did all the right things when he had the chance.
Fryatt - wasn't given much room by the defence, had little chance to have any effect.
Howard - forgot he was playing for a while. Still doesn't get much from referees. Did what he does well.

Gallagher - could have been better. Had two significant chances, one woefully off-target and another easily cut out.
Kermorgant - not a bad Howard impression.
N'Guessan - fortunate with the header.

Oakley - better than he has been. Deserved his booking.

N'Guessan - fortunate with the header.

Oakleys booking was harsh, Swansea players got away with a lot worse.

N'Guessans goal was not fortunate at all it was a well taken header and our other attackers should have taken note of what he did.

RL were fawning about Kings performance today.

As for Fryatt and him having little effect...did you miss his work for King's goal then?

Not at all, but it was more or less the only thing he was allowed to do :102: their defenders did a good job on him I thought.

Fortunate in that it came anywhere near him, when it didn't appear to be intentional. Well-taken though, I agree.

I thought he worked hard without much help or end product, apart from the build up to the first goal.

I also thought Oakley's booking was harsh, considering what other players got away with, especially that Tate(or is it Tait) dirty fecker.
Not surprised he was subbed later on...cos after his booking he put in a few tackles that could easily have seen the numpty in charge show him a 2nd yellow.

Stringer called said he was playing viciously:icon_roll Pffft. He spent most of the first half wittering on about some woman in a daft hat who he had taken a photo of and put on twitter(or summat.)

I must point out before any of you say owt, it wasn't me, cos I had my hood up over my wolly hat to keep the back of my neck warm, so there is no way he could've seen it or the big flower stuck on the side of it.

He's a nice bloke in person but really... what a twat :icon_lol:

You'll see more of him the next couple of months, he's doing stuff for East Midlands today.:icon_roll

When Oakley went off him and Sinclair were trying to figure out who he had given the captains armband to, they settled on Wellens, I was ALMOST tempted to turn round and tell him it was Hobbs, and if he had been watching he would've seen it.

You are known for your hats though BF..........

Yes we heard the French One on RL. He sounded like a frog to me with that deep voice.

Mind you, Homer had a frog in his throat once.
