I've said Perez is ****ing shite enough times but he did very well in the 20mins i saw. Maybe slagging them off is the way to go.

Said no one. Anywhere.
Maybe not but obviously I’m exaggerating for effect. However there has been almighty rush to judgement in the last couple of weeks on some of them.

and clearly one match doesn’t make them superstars. But I do wish we’d give players a few weeks/months in a new league before deciding.

**** me silly with a massive veiny dildo.

Holding my hands up here, thought we'd get done but the boys did me proud.

An utterly brilliant performance from the team as a whole.

Loved laughing at the Utd fans outside the away end because I'm a ****.

Lovely

Pleased today. We got it right by just going out to attack them as we clearly can't defend. Good to know Brendan has figured that out. & they are ****ing woeful defensively so it was a perfect storm.

Btw, I stand by my crticism of the first goal in the match thread. Unstoppable strike yes, but we failed to press & let him walk towards the edge of the box unchallenged to let fly.

Also nice to have a laugh at all those dickhead pundits who started gushing that the Ronaldo signing had somehow transformed them into title challengers instantly. I called it out as bollocks at the time & so it is. This lot are miles off challenging for the title & will remain so as long as Solksjaer stays in charge, no matter how many goals Ronaldo helps himself to.

Hopefully this performance can kick start us & we can sustain a half decent level until we get players back.

Ronaldo is a hindrance to Utd.

Ronaldo is a hindrance to Utd.
He is someone you would want to be happy to sit on the bench and come on to get a goal for you in difficult moments, but he is too much of a primadonna for that and him and the media heap pressure on Solskjaer to play him for 90 minutes.

And Alex Ferguson saying so didn’t help Solskjaer either

Sky showing the whole 90 mins at 8.30.

That's the first game I've enjoyed since the Villa one more than 18 months ago. Terrific entertainment with plenty of quality from both sides and some excellent goals.

Every time you see Man Utd live, the thing that stands out is how big a side they are. So many absolute mountains. Taking that into account, the side made sense. Defending set pieces, we needed an extra central defender. Amartey came in and did nothing wrong. He's dodgy as hell but now and then he puts in a strong performance like that. He just can't string those performances together.

Welcome back to Evans. BR said he came off due to sheer exhaustion as his legs had ceased up. He ran the match for us and we looked so much sounder with him there. Soyuncu looked like a totally different player.

Soumare had his best game - not too hard - but he looked so good I forgot we were missing Ndidi which is as big a compliment as I can give. Maddison was better, he's still not good enough, but it was easily the most influential he's been this season. Perez replaced him though and did the same role better, which shows just how much further Maddison needs to improve.

Iheanacho was total class. He utterly ruined Maguire in that first half. He just is a top class PL forward now. He's not a back up player any more. He has to play. Fabulous finish from Vardy.

BR got is all just about right. His formation worked. His changes worked. Great day all round.
