Nice to see an impassioned display from Brendan for once. He marshalled his troops brilliantly.
The funniest bit was when Nacho passed the ball out of play. He drop kicked his notebook and spent a couple of minutes picking up the pages.

Well that was wonderful.

I’m loving Kristiansen’s aggression and the fact that he actually passes the ball forwards most the time.

Isn’t it amazing what happens when Iheanacho plays? He has been criminally under used by Brendan the last couple of years.

Spurs though? ****ing shite.

Not today dipshit.

Titty didn’t have his breast game, he made a couple of boobs. Which is a shame as he had areola good game last week, where he was very nippy.

Ok I’ll stop milking it.

Ta-ta.

The right side of the blue line is meant to be the furthest back defender.

How they can't see that Davies'?? shoulder is beyond the red line is sackable.

But Boo-arnes foot is halfway over the red. I keep looking at it and cant make any sense other than they're the super league team.

That was ****ing brilliant. Loved it, even the atmosphere was decent.

They were shit, clearly terrified of having Forster in goal and while Kane’s whingeing may have worked on the ref we were still comfortably better than them.

Sloppy and chaotic at times but we threw caution to the wind and got a cracking result.

Adding Tete (even though he was quiet today) has meant that we’re no longer relying on Maddison out right (but moving inwards) and then relying on Castagne to provide the width outside him. We’ve got 3 attacking midfielders out there (Barnes, Maddison and Tete), all in their proper positions and therefore giving support to Nacho up front, so he’s not isolated either. It then also gives us a better base at the back, as Castagne isn’t playing some weird hybrid right back/right wing back position.

Who’d have thought that playing players in the positions they’re best in would make things look better? Crazy tactics :icon rolleyes:
