I've listened several times including the original broadcast and Nigel was definitely stroppy and churlish with Stringer.

Those of you who have only listened to the recording probably won't have heard Nigel 'sign off' by referring to Stringer as 'lad'.

I heard it live and thought nothing of it. Maybe I'm just not as sensitive.

It isn't. But it did show a certain lack of class by Nigel IMHO.

The one thing I demand of my club managers is class. Class and pashun. And honesty. And 442 unless it's not working in which case he is to select the winning alternative. And be funny during interviews. But mainly class.
