Full would suggest there was no more room for homosexuals in Brighton, which isn't true, therefore it's not factual. But "town with a higher percentage than average of homosexual men, but there's **** all wrong with that, so let's celebrate life in all its forms, and rejoice in the fact that we live in a society civilised enough to openly embrace all colours, creeds and sexualities" would probably peter out halfway through. And have too many big words for the kind of pond-life that sings "town full of benders".
