Another fantastic challenge from Chilwell. Now we're beginning to see what the Liverpool scouts did.

Two bang average teams pissing away a good Boxing Day

Albrighton utterly useless

Pretty good performance without really creating too much. Personally I'd like to see a change up front, Slimani off - Musa or Leo on. Maybe even Okazaki off as well and bring both on.

Think it's well worth considering giving both Gray and Chilwell a run in the starting line up. Kind of sums up one of the things that's wrong this season for me. Some of the more established names aren't really afraid of losing their place as they know Ranieri is just going to stick with them. It'd be a big call obviously keeping Fuchs, Drinkwater and Mahrez on the bench but IMO we need to do that.

Slimani is just not the striker some think he is. He's got a very poor first touch and offers little with his feet. He's not really any kind of upgrade on Ulloa from what we've seen of him thus far this season.

I don't think it's been terrible so far. Dull, yes but not terrible.

Gray started well but then disappeared. Everton tried to exploit Chilwell's inexperience but he has been very good. I don't think Albrighton has been as bad as some here make out, Amartey not as good as in the past couple of games. Leicester don't have anything up front to trouble Everton.

Curious substitution with Drinkwater replacing Okazaki. Agreed about both Albrighton and Slimani. Albrighton especially is living off last season's successes IMO as Musa has looked much better when played in his position as far as I'm concerned.

Up at 4:30am to watch the game and all I can find is Chelsea Bournemouth on the plus side all the other games scores are being constantly updated on screen
