The under 23s are younger this season. That's probably why they're struggling at the moment. Totally outplayed today.

for years they've tried to get by on being stronger than the opposition, hence why its full of 22 year olds, most U23 sides are full of 17-18 year olds in the main. Beaglehole is more a Tony Pulis than a Rodgers type of coach, which for me is an issue we should address, the entire youth structure should play the same type of football as the first team to make sure players know and are comfortable in that style
