Maybe, like I eluded to in the Ranieri Sacked thread, they just wanted freedom to play as they saw fit and not get constrained by a system that doesn't suit them.

Not quite.
But I am finding I'm not as over the moon as I would be in this situation usually. Feeling a little flat... but sure it will come back! Some of it might also be nerves.
The players are communicating again, giving each other instructions, and alerting to dangers. As a result we look much better organised.
