Judging at the way Allam has managed a £27 million loss in a promotion season, I wouldn't really trust him with the PL windfall.
He's seen off four companies bust as a businessman.
The £60 mill was the project spend on culture.Just happens to coincide with the figure(initial )paid by our local owner whose offspring all live locally and mean he is highly unlikely to do things to harm the club.The name issue is just to gee up the anoraks and create leverage with the council.City of Culture and a great owner(and a few hysterical fans who must have lived charmed lives to get upset cos other fans might tease us)It is great to be in Hull(also green energy capital of uk-you heard it here 1st)

From the photos I have seen it looks like the stewards got what they were told to achieve and remove the banners the Chairman didn't want to see. City of Culture and scrapping with the stewards. Great stuff
