As far as I can tell Dickov has done nothing yet to deserve being in the team, and Berner is probably nowhere near match fit.

He's been played out of his preferred position, for one. Harsh to judge a player on that.

And by default he should be in above Fryatt and Howard, but then again so should I.

The brief period we saw him upfront, he appeared to be very influential in changing the game.
