In my opinion, we just had our most embarrassingly poor moment of the season. Ball played out to Maddison in a bit of space midway inside his own half but with no real forward option. He looks up and plays a 30 yard back pass to Schmeichel who hoofs it straight to a Liverpool player and they have a half chance as a result.

Mind blowingly stupid all round. Suicidal football.

Usually I back the 5 at the back with our weakened defence because it means each player has less to do.

But I think we have to change this now. Albrighton is getting done by Robertson and Mane time and time again.
