Well at least Birchy will be pleased if no one else, he's always going on about the 'duberries' .......

have watched a fair few Rangers' games this season and thought he wasn't that good. would take Wylde & Shagger McGregor though, but that's about it

not sure Bougherra could make the step up from Scottish football to Championship

He's already played in the Championship and Premier League and proved himself there.

he played one season in the Prem, before going to Scotland and playing against the likes of Kilmarnock & St Mirren for a year where the aim of the game is knock seven in cos Celtic got six

Experienced, strong, centre half. Might even be left footed.

Fits the bill very nicely. Agree on the skepticism regarding Scottish football, but he played in the championship for a while prior to that and has plenty of caps for his country.

Wouldn't be displeased at all.

Know of him, but can't say I've ever seen him play

Played both games when Sheff Wed did the double over us in 2006/07 - they were the first and last of six games from which City only took a single point. Was booked along with Huuuuuuuume after an off-the-ball altercation during the 4-1 reverse at the Walkers.

Everybody knew Bagheera, and nobody cared to cross his path; for he was as cunning as Tabaqui, as bold as the wild buffalo, and as reckless as the wounded elephant.
