So he possibly moves for closer to our £50million valuation soon, or he stays, plays his socks off to get a move in January, and we storm the first half of the season!
 
I watched a recording of the game last night.

Mahrez had no better or worse attitude than he'd shown last season. And he was head and shoulders above any other player on the pitch.

But still, let's snipe and bitch about him some more . . .

He looked the best out there despite a couple of errant wide passes.

Match was fairly slow, Matty James bossing midfield.

One of their players tried to kill Mahrez in a tackle.

No, it means **** all in relation to a transfer or his ability.

He won the Premier League, a decent 45 minutes against WBA in a friendly is nothing.

People are saying it will get bids coming in for him, it's delusional rubbish.

I actually agree with you. But just point out the counter factual that it would certainly have been seen as a 'thing' by some if he'd showed up and not touched the ball for 45 minutes.

Provided we drop our asking price. I find it astounding with all these inflated fees floating around that clubs have the cheek to try and pinch someone with a rare and magic talent like Mahrez for pittance. Piss off Spurs...

£50m is more than fair in today's market.
