Praet coming off for Maddison.
We clearly need to get Vardy off - both Nacho and Perez on the bench. Nacho more obvious replacement but think I'd prefer Perez to see out this one and try to hit them on the break...
Either one has an easy enough job though at 3-1 up. They don't need to score, just don't be stupid in possession.
