Who is Kingy, who is?

So we don't do fitness training then? Well that's just not on! He wasn't on the bench for one cup game and we are writing him off already, Jesus! Maybe in a few weeks, his fitness in training will improve and he will earn a cup place either in the team or on the bench.
He had a full pre-season the same as everyone else, so IF fitness is the issue i think it would be match sharpness rather than energy levels.
But he started Pre-season behind everyone else having not played a competitive game for some time and had very little training due to injuries. Everyone remarked how out of shape he looked. Maybe he just needs that little bit longer to get into shape? And like I said, if it don't work out, no harm done, but give the lad a chance.
When he wins the Premier League with Leicester that will be the third national league he will have won.

We can't afford to play non-fit players.
Earn himself a place in which cup game? It's a pointless exercise, he could have been doing this at Man City, heck they even have a reserve team so he would actually be playing football.
And I don't see how its pointless, if he gets fit, we have a good player on our hands, if not, we send him back, no harm done.
Then, if he proves himself in a non-important cup fixture, he can push for a League game.
.
Is that the same as unimportant.........
An Fa or League cup game, as far as I know, they are the only cups we are in? Then, if he proves himself in a non-important cup fixture, he can push for a League game.

So, you mean like the cup game we just played? I didn't realise they get less important the further you go in the competition, I always thought everyone was trying to get to the final because It was the biggest game.
Give him a couple of weeks fitness training, get him to play in an unimportant cup game
Yes, like the cup game we just played, obviously he wasn't fit enough to play the last game. And as for importance, that really depends on how you view the Cup games.
I don't really get what you think is wrong with what I said. Give him a couple of weeks fitness training, get him to play in an unimportant cup game (unimportant compared to the league if you want to be anal about it) and build his match fitness that way. Then integrate him more in league games.
He's had more than a couple of weeks fitness training, what do you think he's been doing for 2 months, playing chess?
