He only started one game for them last season, and came on as sub in one other.

Very fortunate that his mate went to the right match then!

I don't think so. That is like saying Tricky Trev was like watching Pele at times.

Did you ever see the clip on Fantasy Football, "Pele...Pele, Pele was shite he was worse than Jason Lee"? The misses show that (at times) he was like watching Tricky :-)

It sounds like they've just got the info from the Benfica website rather than any confirmation from Leicester.

His loan will have finished before the OS put any confirmation up.

We appear to have a manager that can make use of his experience of coaching international youth teams to identify players with potential. The last time I thought we were in this position was when Peter Taylor took over:icon_evil.

Dont remember Taylor signing too many international youth players. I do remember £5m on Ade Akinbiyi, £3m on Matthew Jones, £3m on Jamie Scowcroft and £1.5m on Trevor Benjamin.

All full internationals bar Scowie IIRC. Big Trev even represented England a u21 and Jamaica at grown ups level. :icon_conf

I am sure that the present benefactor(s) will keep a closer watch on Sousa's spending than ever the shambles of a board did in Taylor's time.
