Goalkeepers I feel only have little improvement in their career. Rab and Hendo havent got the talent, simple as.

dont see how you could expect stowell to improve a keeper as old as rab. they are nearly the same age id say. plus stowell isnt just the goalkeeper coack hes been acting as the number 2 for months and obviously doing a good job. plus its niot like stowell made them 2 shit, they already were

Bit harsh to say they are sh*t. Both are good enough for this level IMO with Hendo infront of Rab as he is more mobile/agile.

I understand now, it's the old Leicester fans attitude of "if the face fits"

Poor players = Managers fault (but dependant on who the manager is)
Poor Keepers = Keepers fault (but dependant on who the keepers are)

I see what your saying metlon but a manger that is tactically inept will make a decent looking side play poorly where as a coach can only work with the keepers there. They are not the best in the league but are by no means the worst either IMO.

I think Hendo did OK, when he got a place in the team towards the end of last season. I certainly don't think we can improve on what we've got without spending money we haven't got. For our league they are both more than satisfactory in my eyes.

Doing 2 jobs is never an excuse for doing one of them poorly

So, we must have someway to measure a coach's accountability. If we can't tell if they are doing a good job or not, then why employ them

Levein got Hendo and Rab in - if ( as some posters say ) they were pretty ordinary when they came, I don't see how any coach can make them much better. The same applies to outfield players ( Momo, Elvis, etc. ). The time when a coach maybe should have a major effect is dealing with younger players who have potential ( and time ) on their side. Then I think you can judge them.
