The legal process is slow, it's very hard to predict whether all is ok or whether the wheels will fall off at some point.

We have never regarded "the moving to the next stage" as = a done deal. Observing what happens at other clubs through the Trust network, we are aware of an array of things that have gone wrong during potential takeovers at other clubs, hence why we take a cautious approach.
