Bearing in mind we have a firm of accountants working for us ( as a condition of the original Teacher's reworking at the time of administration I believe ) and an independent firm of accountants to audit the accounts I would be hugely surprised to see anything out of the ordinary come out of the DD process. If Mandy is trying to broker a better deal ( which as a successful businessman would not be unexpected ) I would suspect it is more to do with current and projected trading results and cashflows rather than historic worries - that is what DD is for.
