I can't believe Newton's posts have been deleted.
I reported them to the authorities and I had visions of the Rozzers screaming into Newton's village in the early hours of the morning to collar him.

I don't understand this. The news the other day said once they had been declared to be official suspects they would be unable to leave Portugal.

I wonder if the British Police will have some questions to ask of them. If it is thought that Madeleine is dead, a British coroner would certainly want to hold an inquest. Their return may have not brought them to such a quiet and safe haven as they think. And fairly soon the British Press might start to cut up rough a bit.
